Job summary

International Motors in San Antonio, TX, seeks a Senior End User Support Specialist – Night Shift to provide hands-on technical support for end-user devices and services during off-hours. You will diagnose hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues, manage incidents in the ITSM process, and ensure service continuity.

The role requires strong Windows troubleshooting, the ability to work independently on night shifts, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of IT technical services and support using network remote access.
Master’s degree and no experience
At least 3 years of IT technical services and support using network remote access

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve end-user hardware, software, access, Microsoft 365, and workplace technology issues.
Manage incidents and service requests through the IT service management process, including documentation, resolution, and escalation when necessary.
Support endpoint-related activities such as device troubleshooting, configuration, replacement, and lifecycle support.
Collaborate with infrastructure, application, security, and other IT support teams as needed.
Identify recurring problems and document solutions to improve support.
Provide professional, customer-focused support during the night shift.
