Job summary

International Motors, LLC in San Antonio is seeking a Senior End User Support Specialist – Night Shift to provide hands-on technical support to employees during off-hours. The role focuses on troubleshooting end-user technology issues, maintaining service continuity, and handling incidents and service requests efficiently.

The night shift runs Monday through Thursday 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM with a 10% differential.

Qualifications

Requires Bachelor’s degree with 1 year IT support experience or Master’s with no experience; or 3+ years of IT support experience.
Experience with remote network access is a plus.
Ability to work independently during night shift.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve end-user hardware, software, access, Microsoft 365, and workplace technology issues.
Manage incidents and service requests through IT service management process, including documentation, resolution, and escalation.
Support endpoint-related activities such as device troubleshooting, configuration, replacement, and lifecycle support.
Collaborate with infrastructure, application, security, and other IT teams as needed.
Identify recurring problems and document solutions to improve future support.
Provide professional, customer-focused support during the night shift.
