Job summary

International Motors in San Antonio is seeking a Senior Fulfillment Specialist to manage end-to-end order fulfillment, coordinating Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering and Customers to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy. The role is salaried with a night production shift from 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM beginning early 2027.

A 10% shift differential applies; occasional extended hours and weekend support may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year supply chain experience, or Master's with no experience.
• Alternatively, 3+ years of supply chain experience.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Excel reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from entry through shipment and delivery.
• Monitor order status and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate execution across manufacturing and supply chain functions.
• Identify delivery risks and implement corrective actions.
• Prioritize and expedite critical orders with production planning.
