Job summary

International Motors in San Antonio seeks a Senior Lead End User Support Specialist for night shifts. You will provide advanced end-user support, coordinate night activities, and mentor the team, with a 10% shift differential after moving to the night schedule.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of IT support experience with network remote access.
Master's degree with 3+ years of lead experience or 8+ years of IT support with lead experience.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced end-user technical support for hardware, software, access, and workplace tech.
Coordinate night-shift activities, escalations, and high-impact incidents.
Act as escalation point and guide other support staff.
Maintain consistent support processes, ticket quality, and internal escalations.
Communicate significant incidents and follow-up items to teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement of end-user support processes.
