Job summary

Accendra Health in the United States is seeking a Senior Developer to work with cross-functional teams supporting agency contact center solutions, including dialer campaigns and API integrations with CRM and data platforms.

You will design call flows, migrate IVR campaigns, and provide SME input on solution design and optimization for network solutions, with IST-US overlap to coordinate with US stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on Nice InContact CXone (ACD/IVR/Auto Dialer/OMNI Channel/WFM/Studio).
• 4+ years NICE CXone Studio experience.
• 4+ years ProactiveXS and CXone Dialer Configurations.
• 4+ years programming in C#/C++/Java/Python.
• 5+ years developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting webservice API calls.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate release planning, development, testing, and releases for agency IVR enhancements.
• Build call flow designs interacting with backend systems via APIs.
• Migrate IVR dialer campaigns from AcuCall to NICE CXone.
• Provide SME input into solution design and optimization for network solutions.
• Design and implement skills-based routing for voice, chat, email, and SMS.
• Work with Architecture to design, deploy and consume APIs.
• Translate business requirements into technical design documents.
