Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions seeks a Contact Center Engineer to support deployment and updates of Nice InContact Studio scripts across US sites. The role acts as a secondary Telecom Engineer, handling Studio script changes and CXOne configurations under guidance from the Project Lead.

The candidate will convert pharmacies to NICE from RingCentral, run user trainings when needed, and prioritize tasks with strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Strong CC or telecom engineering background.
• Experience with the Nice CXone platform and Studio scripts.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and update Studio scripts across US sites.
• Update and implement Studio scripts and convert pharmacies to NICE from RingCentral.
• Perform changes and scripting within CXOne as directed by the Project Lead.
• Possibly conduct user training to explain new system usage.
• Coordinate with project leaders to manage design changes.
