Job summary

Infosys seeks a Technology Consultant 2 to design and implement CX/IVR architectures using NICE CXone and LiveVox, driving scalable, data-driven solutions across voice and digital channels.

You will lead design sessions, document decisions, develop high/low level designs, and coordinate integrations with CRM/ERP/WFM/QM, analytics, and telephony systems, while guiding cross-functional teams through SDLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Role may require relocation and/or travel.

Responsibilities

• Document assigned parts of business requirements.
• Facilitate design discussions and document decisions.
• Code and integrate new features, maintaining stability.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain repositories.

• Resolve production issues and suggest preventive measures.
• Maintain records to enrich knowledge base and assist similar projects.
