This US-based remote role involves diagnosing complex system architectures, networking, and telephony issues affecting public safety operations. Join a close-knit engineering team, collaborate with Product Development and Field Services, and validate emerging technologies while maintaining lab configurations and writing procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of technical support experience
• Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 4 technical support and escalation resolution for NG911 hardware, software, and network configuration issues
• Dissect complex system architectures, server infrastructure, and database layers to troubleshoot and resolve critical incidents
• Travel to customer sites as needed to fulfill onsite engineering support during staff absences or training shifts
