Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Florida seeks a Sr. Systems Engineer to serve as a high-level escalation point for NG911 call-taking and dispatching. You will diagnose architecture, networking, and telephony issues, supporting public safety operations in a US-based remote role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in technical support or system engineering.
• Experience with NG911 call-taking or dispatching is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure in public safety contexts.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 4 technical support and escalation resolution for NG911 solutions.
• Dissect complex system architectures, server infrastructure, and databases to troubleshoot incidents.
• Lead on-call shifts and travel to customer sites for on-site engineering support when needed.
