Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree (4 years or equivalent) in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum experience: 8+ years in marketing analytics, decision intelligence, customer data management, or related roles within financial services or similar industries.
• Experience building/managing NBA/NBO frameworks at scale and with CRM data to activate across channels.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional workstreams and manage projects independently.
• SQL proficiency for data querying, audience construction, and pipeline development.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake) and BI tools for dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own NBA and NBO strategy, design, and continuous improvement for existing and former customers across segments.
• Build and manage decisioning logic and prioritization models balancing customer needs with business goals across product lines.
• Develop always-on audience segmentation and ensure timely activation across channels (mail, email, digital, outbound).
• Oversee data pipelines and workflows to deliver audience files to channel platforms.
• Partner with channel owners to ensure accurate ingestion, suppression logic, and contact frequency governance.
• Manage technology stack supporting decision intelligence and audience activation, including Snowflake and CRM tools.
• Define KPIs, create dashboards and reports, monitor performance, and communicate results to stakeholders.
