• Lead development, coordination, and execution of enterprise strategies aligned with financial goals and capital planning.
• Ensure alignment between enterprise plans and business-unit strategies across functions.
• Collaborate with units to define and execute initiatives that enhance customer experience and drive measurable impact.
• Develop executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reports to track progress and ensure policy adherence.
• Coordinate with Finance and Risk to integrate capital management and risk governance with planning.

Education

Undergraduate Degree (4 years) in business, finance or related field
