First National Bank of Omaha is seeking a Sr. Associate, Marketing Data Architecture & Automation to drive structured, connected, and activated marketing data across acquisition and customer management efforts.

The role sits at FNBO's enterprise data environment, anchored in Snowflake and powered by ZMP. The ideal candidate will own data onboarding, platform integration, and automation, partnering with the Sr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, data engineering, marketing operations, or a closely related discipline.
• Advanced, hands-on SQL proficiency - independently write and optimize complex queries.
• Working proficiency in Python for data processing and automation.
• Demonstrated experience working with Snowflake or a comparable cloud data platform.
• Hands-on experience with an enterprise marketing platform or CDP - including audience construction, data connectivity, and activation.
• Experience designing or maintaining automated data workflows, marketing data outputs, or criteria-driven marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data architecture connecting FNBO's enterprise data to marketing platforms, with Snowflake as the foundation and ZMP as the activation platform.
• Own integration between Snowflake and ZMP - data flows, audience construction, and activation pipelines.
• Develop Snowflake views and data structures optimized for marketing use cases, in collaboration with Data Engineering and IT.
• Lead automated marketing data workflows, outputs, and criteria-driven automation at scale.
• Ensure governance, controls, monitoring, and documentation across marketing data functions.
