Qualifikationen

• 2–3+ years of direct sales experience in radio, audio, or media sales.
• Self-starter mentality with a strong “go-getter” attitude.
• Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Persuasive communicator with strong storytelling ability.
• Highly organized, goal-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with cold calling and initiating outreach as part of lead generation.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
• Ability to prioritize daily activities based on shifting business needs.
• High school diploma required, college degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Sell iHeartMedia’s portfolio of News/Talk radio stations, local and national hosts, and News/Talk podcast.
• Prospect and develop new business through proactive outreach and cold calling.
• Build strong, consultative relationships with advertisers and decision-makers.
• Create compelling, results-driven marketing solutions for clients.
• Maintain a strong pipeline by conducting 8–10 client/prospect meetings per week.
• Work collaboratively from the iHeartMedia office in your local market.
