Job summary

Novartis is seeking a Sr Sales Representative - In Neuroscience to drive growth in Multiple Sclerosis across the Montreal South Shore. You will educate neurologists and MS clinics, build strong relationships, and collaborate with Medical, Market Access and Patient Support teams to deliver evidence-based education and optimize patient outcomes.

This remote role requires a strong track record in specialty pharma sales, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a dynamic healthcare

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in pharma/healthcare.
• Strong business acumen with scientific aptitude.
• Bilingual in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory business plans to achieve sales and market growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with neurologists, MS clinics, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Deliver impactful product presentations, educational programs, and customer engagements.
• Achieve sales, activity, productivity, and performance targets within established timelines and budgets.
• Maintain a deep understanding of therapy, the MS landscape, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
• Drive customer engagement through in-person and digital channels.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of technical complaints, adverse events, and special situations in compliance with policies.
