Syneos Health is seeking a Neurology Sales Specialist to drive product adoption in the assigned territory. The role requires delivering compliant, clinically compelling messaging to physicians, HCPs, and clinic staff, while developing strategic relationships to expand product reach and improve patient access.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales, 3+ years in MS, and experience with biosimilars/infusion therapy, buy-and-bill, and specialty networks.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university required.
• 5+ years of documented pharmaceutical sales experience required, with a history of quota attainment.
• 3+ years of direct sales experience in Multiple Sclerosis (MS) required, MS landscape familiarity.
• Biosimilars and/or infusion therapy sales experience, buy-and-bill dynamics, specialty networks, infusion clinics.
• Experience calling on neurologists and neurology center personnel in the territory.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver strategic territory plans with compliant, clinically compelling messaging to current and prospective customers.
• Develop strategic relationships with targeted providers to expand product reach and patient access.
• Identify key influencers and KOLs and maintain account coverage with set call frequency and reach targets.
• Analyze sales analytics, prescribing trends, and competitive dynamics to achieve territory goals.
• Navigate distribution channels and coordinate with practice managers, specialty pharmacies, and office staff to support product administration and access.
• Maintain CRM records, call reports, and sample tracking per corporate policies.
