Syneos Health is seeking a Neurology Sales Specialist to execute the regional strategic plan, delivering compliant, clinically compelling messages to physicians, HCPs, infusion centers, and practice staff across the assigned territory. You will build strategic relationships with neurologists and clinic personnel, leverage biosimilars and infusion therapies, and drive market access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience with a track record of meeting territory quotas.
• 3+ years direct sales in Multiple Sclerosis (MS) or MS-related therapeutics.
• Experience with biosimilars and infusion therapy, including buy-and-bill dynamics.

Responsabilités

• Deliver compliant, clinically compelling messaging to physicians, HCPs, infusion center staff, and admin personnel.
• Develop and execute data-driven territory plans; analyze prescribing trends and competitive dynamics to meet/exceed quotas.
• Navigate specialty distribution channels and clinic workflows to optimize patient access and product adoption.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, call reports, and sample tracking in line with company policy.
