Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect II to lead technical engagements with channel partners and Arrow sales teams across North America, focusing on Juniper Networks and Aruba technologies. You will architect, demonstrate, and position complex networking solutions to accelerate pipeline growth and close opportunities.

Qualifications

7-10+ years of experience in networking architecture, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or related technical consulting roles.
Strong experience with enterprise networking technologies including routing, switching, wireless networking, network security, automation, and cloud‑managed infrastructure.
Hands‑on experience with Juniper Networks solutions.
Experience with HPE Aruba Networking solutions highly desired.
Experience with network automation, orchestration, and infrastructure‑as‑code methodologies preferred.
Ability to effectively present technical concepts to audiences ranging from engineers to executive leadership.
Industry certifications such as JNCIP, JNCIS, JNCIA, Aruba ACP/ACDX, CCNP or equivalent preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Provide technical enablement and architectural guidance to channel partners and Arrow sales teams in the development of integrated networking solutions.
Assist channel partners in demand generation activities including workshops, assessments, technical events, webinars, demonstrations, and proof‑of‑concept engagements.
Qualify networking opportunities by understanding customer objectives, requirements, competitive landscape, budget, and decision processes.
Lead technical sales engagements focused on discovery, architecture design, demonstrations, and solution validation.
Design and recommend enterprise networking solutions spanning wired/wireless, routing, switching, SD‑WAN, automation, and cloud‑managed networking.
Demonstrate leadership and SME on Juniper solutions (Mist AI, Campus/Branch, Data Center, SD‑WAN) and related tech.
Support Aruba networking opportunities involving Aruba Central and campus/wireless networking.
Deliver compelling technical presentations and workshops to partner teams and end customers.
Provide competitive positioning guidance against competitors and architectures.
Serve as trusted advisor to channel partners and Arrow teams, aligning solutions to business outcomes.
Collaborate with supplier teams, sales, partner managers, and engineering on strategic initiatives and revenue goals.
Maintain awareness of emerging networking tech, market trends, and supplier roadmaps.
