Job summary

The Tsui Group seeks a Programmer-Analyst III (Network/Systems) to lead network and systems administration for BuildLACCD PMO IT across Los Angeles County. Responsibilities include configuring networks, maintaining servers, and ensuring disaster recovery readiness.

The role requires extensive Windows server experience, security tooling, and scripting to automate tasks. Compensation reflects a salary range and strong benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; additional experience may substitute education.
• 7 years of applicable systems and network administration experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration and ability to present ideas to non-technical users.
• Proficiency in Windows environments, servers, and internet protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer network infrastructure at multiple sites.
• Configure and maintain firewalls, Wi‑Fi APs, switches, and related devices.
• Monitor uptime and respond to outages with rapid remediation.
• Support Level 2/3 helpdesk tickets and training as needed.
• Develop and enforce SOPs; document procedures and configurations.
