Job summary

Triangle DeCon Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Programmer/Analyst III to manage and secure the BuildLACCD PMO IT network across Los Angeles campus sites. You will administer Windows servers, AD/Entra ID, SharePoint, VPNs, and security tools while collaborating with engineers and vendors.

You will troubleshoot, document procedures, and provide timely support to staff, ensuring high availability and security of critical systems in a fast-paced construction and education environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of applicable systems and network administration experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field; four additional years of experience may substitute for education.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical staff.
• Proficiency with Windows Servers, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, HTTP/HTTPS, SFTP.
• Experience with AD, Entra ID, Office 365, and SharePoint management.
• Familiarity with VPN appliances and Cisco Meraki
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, backups, Nessus and Splunk.

Responsibilities

• Oversee network and server administration for PMO IT and campus sites.
• Configure and manage physical and virtual environments, hosts, OS, and storage.
• Maintain network security, firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.
• Provide technical support and training; respond to outages and incidents.
• Develop standard operating procedures and system installation guides.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Prepare executive reports on network performance and security.
• Collaborate with BuildLACCD teams and external vendors.
