Gridsight is a Grid/ClimateTech startup accelerating global electrification and decarbonization. We've built the foundational grid model and decision layer that enables utilities to unlock hosting capacity, accelerate flexible interconnection, and orchestrate distributed energy resources at scale.

As Head of Network Strategy, you will be the senior technical-commercial voice for our U.S. market, walking into rooms with COOs, EVPs and senior utility leaders, earning trust and translating insight

Qualifications

• Deep experience in or adjacent to U.S. electric utilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted, senior relationships in the U.S. power sector.
• Track record navigating complex, high-stakes stakeholder environments at COO/EVP/SVP level.
• Strong commercial background with ability to develop business cases and demonstrate value.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted, ongoing relationships with senior leaders across Gridsight's U.S. customer base.
• Represent Gridsight at the most senior levels of the U.S. power and utilities sector, ensuring we remain front of mind for strategic conversations.
• Act as a credible peer to utility leadership with technical depth and commercial acumen.
• Translate input from utility leadership into clear commercial and product signals for Gridsight.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with U.S. partners to reinforce value and identify opportunities.
