Job summary

Heartland Business Systems, LLC. seeks a Technical Architect to design, implement, and support network services for consulting clients while mentoring teammates.

You will build customer-focused relationships to identify business challenges and develop specifications for optimal solutions. Requirements include 5+ years in a technical field, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and multiple professional certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical related field.
• Experience designing and architecting network solutions.
• Installing and supporting Cisco or HP/Aruba network devices.
• IOS, IOS-XR, NX-OS experience and best practices.
• Strong prioritization and leadership abilities; team player.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Practice Leads to create and maintain documents and procedures.
• Lead engineers on projects that include multiple technologies.
• Provide daily updates to the Project Management Team on timelines and resources.
• Mentor and share skills with others; drive customer success.
• Maintain current vendor certifications and stay current on new products.
