Job summary

Heartland Business Systems is seeking a Technical Architect to develop, implement, and support network services for consulting clients while mentoring others. You will build customer-focused relationships to identify business challenges and define specifications to reach optimal solutions.

In this role you will lead engineers on multi-technology projects, collaborate with Practice Leads, manage project execution with PMs, provide updates, and educate our sales teams on product offerings while

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent certifications or equivalent work experience.
At least two Professional level certifications required (e.g., CCNP, CCP-V, VCAP-DCV, MCA).
Experience designing and architecting network-based solutions.
Experience installing and supporting Cisco or HP/Aruba network switching and routing products.
IOS, IOS-XR, NX-OSExperience/Best Practices.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Practice Leads to create and maintain documents and procedures.
Coordinate large projects with Project Managers and Practice Leads to meet timelines and budgets.
Provide leadership and guide Engineers to ensure timely task completion.
Lead Engineers on multi-technology projects.
Provide daily project updates and communicate timelines, hours, resources and concerns.
