Outstanding interpersonal skills for virtual multinational teams
Credible technical interaction with Enterprise and Service Provider engineering teams
Willingness to travel 20–30%

Responsibilities

Drive technical consulting activities across routing, automation, and cross‑segment technologies
Build and maintain close relationships with account management and engineering teams
Support customers with requirements, solution design, deep‑drop presentations, PoC tests, and RFP responses
Be a go‑to person and trusted advisor for our product portfolio and industry trends
Speak at internal and external conferences, technology days, and industry events
Link proposed technical solutions to customer business requirements up to executive levels
