Job summary

Heartland Technology Group is seeking a Technical Architect to design, implement, and support network services for consulting clients. You will mentor engineers, lead multi-technology projects, and collaborate with Practice Leads to ensure success.

This role requires CCNP, CCP-V, VCAP-DCV, MCA and extensive experience with Cisco/HP/Aruba devices; you will guide architecture, standards, and vendor selection across complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• At least two professional-level certifications required.
• Experience designing and architecting network-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Practice Leads to create and maintain documents and procedures.
• Lead large projects with PMs to meet time and budget goals.
• Provide leadership to engineers and ensure task completion.
