Heartland Business Systems LLC is seeking a Technical Architect to design, implement, and support network services for consulting clients. The role includes mentoring engineers, leading multi-technology projects, and collaborating with Practice Leads to deliver solutions that meet client business challenges.

The candidate should have 5+ years in a technical field, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and multiple professional certifications (CCNP, CCP-V, VCAP-DCV, MCA).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent + professional certifications.
• 5+ years in a technical field.
• Two or more professional level certifications (CCNP, CCP-V, VCAP-DCV, MCA).
• Experience designing and architecting network-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Practice Leads to create and maintain documents and procedures.
• Lead engineers on multi-technology projects to ensure timely completion.
• Provide updates to Project Management Team on timelines, resources, and concerns.
• Educate sales teams on products and services to support effective selling.
