Job summary

Presidio in San Ramon, CA is seeking a seasoned Network Solutions Architect to join the Pre-Sales Engineering Team. You will meet with customers, collect requirements, and develop engineering solutions for sale, covering LAN/WAN, data center, security, SD-WAN, and cloud-based networking.

The role requires deep experience with enterprise-class networks, vendor ecosystems (Cisco, Arista, HPE, Palo Alto), and the ability to design end-to-end solutions, write SoWs, and collaborate with account teams

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in enterprise class network and security solutions.
2+ years of presales experience.
Expert-level knowledge in design, implementation and support of complex routing and switching, next-gen firewalls/VPNs, SD-WAN, SASE, data center networking.

Responsibilities

Develop high-level technical solutions and present to customers (Hardware, Software, Licensing, Professional Services).
Collect business and technical requirements.
Complete end-to-end network designs.
Drive whiteboard conversations.
Craft customer-facing presentations.
Delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations.
Generate hardware configurations (BoM).
Write statements of work (SoW) and develop Professional Service pricing.
Collaborate with Account Executive/Extended Sales Teams to develop customer relationships.
