Qualifications

• 10+ years of networking experience in a customer-facing pre-sales role.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field is required.
• Deep expertise in service provider networking and modern WAN architectures.
• Excellent communication skills from technical to executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical consulting across routing, automation, and cross-segment technologies.
• Build relationships with account teams and engineering.
• Assist with requirements, designs, PoCs, and RFP responses.
• Be the go-to expert on product portfolio, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Speak at internal/external conferences and events.
• Bridge technical solutions to customer business needs at executive level.
