Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in enterprise network support and design.
• 6+ years’ experience in enterprise telephony support and design.
• Cisco networking hardware, IOS and NX-OS knowledge.
• Strong ability to design, document, and implement network solutions.

Responsibilities

• Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion.
• Drive an operational excellence program across teams.
• Implement monitoring and automation to reduce manual intervention.
• Provide technical leadership for network, infrastructure, and operations services.
• Establish RACI's and collaborate with partners and staff.
• Lead infrastructure and network design and builds in new facilities.
• Plan, organize, schedule, and supervise daily technical support activities.
