Job summary

Ledgent Technology is seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity initiatives, and IT support across a multi-site environment in the Portland/Vancouver area. The role combines hands-on technical work with strategic leadership, mentoring teams while driving standardized processes and governance.

The ideal candidate will manage Windows Server, AD, virtualization, backups, and enterprise networking, partnering with vendors and executives on roadmaps and budgets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• 5 years in systems administration, network engineering, or infra operations.
• 2 years in leadership, supervision, or team management.
• Hands-on in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization.
• Experience with multi-site distributed infrastructure and service delivery metrics.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure and network operations across multiple sites.
• Oversee security, backup, and disaster recovery programs.
• Manage IT service delivery, support staff, and service desk metrics.
• Develop standardized IT operating procedures and documentation.
• Partner with leadership on roadmaps, budgeting, and vendor relationships.
