Job summary

Natera is seeking a Senior Manager of Network Operations to lead the Austin site and drive reliability across the global enterprise network. You will oversee a distributed team, manage LAN/WAN, wireless, firewall, cloud, and on-prem environments, and partner with Security, DevOps, and Engineering to ensure secure, scalable connectivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise network engineering and operations.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, and high-availability topologies.
• Experience with firewall policy management and secure network design.
• Familiarity with HIPAA or regulated environments is a plus.
• Ability to lead teams and manage on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Lead stability and performance of global enterprise network across LAN/WAN/cloud/on-premise.
• Coach and guide a team of network engineers; drive automation and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate incident response, RCA, and service restoration for high-severity events.
• Partner with Security for secure network architecture and policy enforcement.
• Hands-on involvement in network design, configuration, and optimization.
• Ensure change management and governance for network changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new site deployments and modernization.
