Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Network Migrations Senior TPM to drive hundreds of concurrent migration, retrofit, and decommissioning activities across our global network infrastructure. This senior program leader will coordinate data center, backbone, and edge migrations, manage dependencies and risks, and deliver outcomes at scale in a high-ambiguity environment.

You will influence stakeholders, align priorities, and lead cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large migrations on live production infrastructure without outages.
• Ability to design cutover plans with zero tolerance for unplanned downtime.
• Track record of aligning multiple sites/regions and delivering schedules on time.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end migration portfolio across data center, backbone, and edge networks.
• Design cutover plans with go/no-go criteria and rollback triggers.
• Map dependencies across domains and manage risk posture for timely execution.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Operations, Vendors, and Construction teams.
• Produce executive-ready status reports on progress, risks, and decisions.
