Job summary

Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end enterprise migration programs within our Customer Success ecosystem.

You will partner with executives and technical leads while coordinating Solutions Architects, Implementation Engineers, and product teams to ensure smooth transitions to the Palo Alto platform. You will deconstruct complex initiatives into milestones, manage risks, and communicate status and strategic insights to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical domains or organizations with strong technical literacy.
• 4+ years as a Technical Program Manager, leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Direct experience in enterprise customer delivery and platform transitions.
• Ability to influence senior leadership without direct authority.
• Data-driven delivery with metrics, forecasting, and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Drive Enterprise Migrations: Lead onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Scope & Plan Frameworks: Gather requirements and map tailored migration paths with client leads.
• Deconstruct Complex Projects: Break down initiatives, identify risks, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Communicate with Impact: Translate goals and risks for stakeholders at all levels.
• Scale & Streamline: Analyze delivery metrics to reduce friction and accelerate onboarding.
• Build the Migration Playbook: Create templates and engagement frameworks for repeatable workstreams.
• Forecast & Manage Portfolio Health: Monitor active implementations and resource capacity.
