Job summary

Astreya is seeking an accomplished Global Transition Leader to drive enterprise-scale service transitions from plan through execution. Based in India with 50% travel, you will coordinate with delivery, talent acquisition, and finance to ensure on-time, on-budget transitions across multiple domains and regions.

You will oversee service desk, EUC, ITAM, AV, and supply chain transitions, implementing rigorous validation gates and standardized playbooks to ensure readiness and compliance.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in transitioning large scale global services from tier 1 product organizations to multi-tier service providers.
• Must be permanently based in India with a proven history of managing complex stakeholder relationships at senior levels.
• Hands-on track record orchestrating large-scale transitions to global delivery hubs (nearshore & offshore).
• Experience with SOWs, MSAs, SLAs and transition budgets exceeding $50M.

Responsibilities

• Define, institutionalize, and monitor enterprise-wide transition services with tollgates for AS-IS/TO-BE and parallel runs.
• Plan and sign off transition plans with customers and stakeholders; collaborate with delivery, talent acquisition, practice and finance to meet schedule, budget, and scope.
• Oversee domain transitions across IT Service Desk, EUC, ITAM, AV, and Supply Chain logistics, ensuring smooth handoffs and readiness.
