Job summary

Astreya is seeking a senior technical program leader to stabilize and optimize SAP TMS, EWM, and ECC/S4; own end-to-end architecture and drive the client’s logistics platforms. You will lead data and BI resources, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and accelerate digital enablement with hands-on governance and measurable outcomes.

This role involves aligning platform health, adoption metrics, and risk reporting to leadership, while delivering reliable operations and scalable solutions

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program management or similar experience.
• Hands-on SAP TMS/EWM/ECC/S4 and in-transit/exception-management platform experience.
• Experience directing data/BI engineers and approving design documents.
• Experience managing enterprise application integrations and APIs.
• Strong communication and executive reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• TMS and EWM Stabilization, Optimization, and Integration: assess state, backlog, interfaces, and governance; support release planning and post-deployment stabilization.
• In-Transit Visibility Pilot and Capability Roadmap: lead readiness, define processes, data needs, success measures, and go/no-go criteria; configure dashboards and alerts.
• Internal Applications and Digital Logistics Enablement: define problems, data models, workflows, and MVPs; deliver standardized intake and reporting tools.
• Program Governance and Operating-Model Maturity: own BRDs/FSDs, maintain architecture roadmaps, RAID logs, and transition knowledge to client staff.
