ProFound People is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own a large-scale migration portfolio across data center, backbone, and edge networks. This remote US-based role requires executive presence and the ability to distill hundreds of activities into a clear narrative for leadership.

You will lead cutover planning under real constraints, sequence dependencies, define go/no-go criteria, and coordinate engineering, operations, and vendors on tight windows, ensuring seamless production

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management for network infra, cloud, or hyperscale environments.
• Experience migrating networks or upgrading large-scale infra on live systems.
• Strong cutover planning, sequencing, rollback readiness, and validation gates.
• Proven portfolio management across multiple sites or regions with visibility and control.
