Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Network and Infrastructure Support Analyst to provide day-to-day operational IT support with emphasis on network management in a Cisco CLI environment. You will monitor incidents, analyze root causes, and ensure stable operations across multiple sites, including travel within DFW as needed.

The role requires 5+ years in IT with Windows/Cisco networking, CCNA or equivalent, and strong collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience in a Windows/Cisco networking environment.
• CCNA certification or equivalent experience required.
• Strong problem-solving and clear communication with technical and non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for country-level IT systems with a focus on network management in a Cisco CLI environment.
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents to ensure stable IT operations.
• Configure and coordinate installation or replacement of network infrastructure at remote locations.
