Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Network and Infrastructure Support Analyst in Irving, TX to provide day-to-day operational support for country-level IT systems with a strong focus on network management in a Cisco CLI environment.

You will monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents to ensure stable operations, configure and coordinate network infrastructure deployments at remote locations, and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to drive operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience in a Windows/Cisco networking environment.
• CCNA certification or equivalent experience required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for country-level IT systems with a focus on Network management in a Cisco CLI environment.
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents to ensure stable IT operations.
• Configure and coordinate installation or replacement of network infrastructure at remote locations.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to identify and address operational needs.
• Support rollout and adoption of IT standards, processes, and tools across locations.
• Document procedures, solutions, and operational best practices.
