Service Express, Inc. is seeking a Senior Network Services Engineer for a remote position across the U.S. This role involves collaborating with a skilled engineering team to provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot complex network issues for diverse clients. Ideal candidates will have significant experience with Cisco and Juniper products and strong communication skills. This position is Remote and can be located anywhere in the United States.
You will be working Monday-Friday from 10am-7pm ET, with a rotating on-call schedule through a 6-person team (each engineer taking one week at a time).
