Job summary

Port Cyber Corporation is seeking a Senior Network Consultant to manage a client portfolio and ensure all technical needs are met. You will work closely with our Support Services Group and Managed Services Team to strengthen business relationships and implement solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in MSP environments, excellent communication and project management skills, and a collaborative mindset. This role involves roadmap development, policy creation, and delivering end-to-end network

Qualifications

• 5+ years of MSP or on-site senior network support experience.
• Strong customer service and exceptional communication and project management skills.
• Collaborative approach with mentoring opportunities for staff.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a technical roadmap with the client for their business.
• Identify and implement proposed technical solutions.
• Design, manage, and deliver all aspects of project implementation.
• Provide escalation support for advanced or complex issues.
• Review and maintain client documentation with the team.
• Participate in regular meetings with client leadership.
• Contribute to Port Cyber's managed services practices.
