Job summary

Port Cyber Corporation is seeking a Senior Network Consultant to manage a portfolio of client networks and coordinate with our Support Services Group and Managed Services Team in the DC metro area. The role focuses on strengthening relationships, presenting solutions, and implementing them for client success.

You will lead technical assessments, roadmaps, and policies, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring top-tier service delivery.

Qualifications

• Senior level technical position with 5+ years MSP or small business experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and exceptional communication and project management skills.
• Highly collaborative role with mentoring opportunities for staff.

Responsibilities

• Participate in regular meetings with client leadership.
• Build and maintain a technical roadmap with the client.
• Develop policies and procedures for technical support and operations.
• Identify obstacles threatening the client and communicate with Port Cyber Management.
• Analyze evolving client needs and recommend infrastructure configurations.
• Evaluate new hardware and software for network compatibility.
• Design, manage, and deliver all project implementations.
• Configure and manage network infrastructure and backups.
• Provide escalation support for complex issues.
• Contribute to best practices for managed services.
• Maintain client documentation with the team.
• Identify opportunities for professional growth.
• Support Port Cyber's growth and operations.
