Super.com is seeking a Senior NetSuite Administrator to own our NetSuite ERP end-to-end. You will manage architecture, configuration, integrations, security, and performance to support audit readiness and month-end close.

This is a remote-first role reporting into Accounting, with responsibility for roadmaps and governance across the finance stack. You will drive automation, implement AI-driven improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize finance workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years administering and configuring NetSuite across GL, AR, revenue, P2P, and consolidations.
• NetSuite Administrator Certification or equivalent.
• Proven SuiteScript development to automate processes beyond native workflows.
• Deep expertise in end-to-end financial workflows and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of NetSuite environment including architecture and release management.
• Build and maintain customizations, dashboards, and reporting.
• Manage roles, permissions, security, and change controls with internal audit readiness.
• Own integrations between NetSuite and Ramp, Floqast, Workiva, and other tools.
• Monitor performance and drive NetSuite roadmap and optimization.
