Job summary

Myers-Holum, Inc. is seeking a Senior NetSuite Administrator for a fully remote role based in the United States. You will partner with our client’s implementation team to deliver NetSuite configuration, prepare for go-live, and own ongoing platform administration.

In this high-visibility role you will manage data integrity, lead UAT testing, and design multi‑entity, multi‑currency financial processes aligned to US GAAP. Strong collaboration with stakeholders and external consultants is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on NetSuite admin experience in corporate finance.
• Deep knowledge of General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, multi‑subsidiary setups.
• Experience leading full NetSuite implementations and migrations.
• Proven ability to implement integrations (Salesforce, OMS) and perform UAT.
• Strong US GAAP understanding and SOX-like controls a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional execution, post-walkthrough testing, and go-live readiness with external consultants.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy NetSuite solutions (GL, AP, AR, COA, currencies, intercompany).
• Manage data integrity, user support, and post-go-live optimizations.
• Lead UAT, validations, and ensure platform readiness for production.
