Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst and NetSuite Administrator to lead NetSuite ERP initiatives and support the finance organization. The role is remote in the U.S., with standard 8am–5pm PST hours and hands-on responsibilities balancing priorities.

The candidate will manage NetSuite configuration, provide expertise across finance modules, mentor the team, and partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement in financial systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS or related field required (or equivalent NetSuite/ERP experience)
• Minimum 5+ years as a NetSuite Administrator or Business Systems Analyst
• Experience in large organizations (2,000+ employees) managing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations
• Proven Tier 2/3 support experience, troubleshooting complex issues and mentoring others
• Experience supporting NetSuite in highly customized environments with complex financial processes
• Strong understanding of billing, payments, AR, AP, revenue recognition, GL, planning, audit, and reporting

Responsibilities

• Serve as the NetSuite SME and product owner
• Lead project coordination with timelines, milestones, and cross-functional teams
• Drive NetSuite roadmap and optimization opportunities
• Provide deep expertise across NetSuite finance modules and configurations
• Support end-users with training and issue triage
• Mentor support team members on technical and functional challenges
• Oversee NetSuite configuration, customization, and ongoing administration
• Coordinate testing and deployment of system changes and updates
• Communicate with diverse audiences and provide executive summaries
