Job summary

Seed Health is seeking a senior ERP/NetSuite professional to own architecture, administration, and development of our ERP ecosystem. You will drive integrations across DTC, Amazon, and Retail, build SuiteScript solutions, and lead governance and AI-powered automation to ensure scalable, accurate financial operations.

You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, Growth, and Tech to deliver a robust, scalable ERP roadmap, and empower non-technical teams with intuitive interfaces and self-service

Qualifications

• 7+ years in ERP/business systems roles
• 5+ years hands-on NetSuite administration and development in a multi-entity environment
• Expert in SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteQL, NetSuite REST/SuiteTalk APIs; built Map/Reduce scripts and RESTlets
• Deep experience with iPaaS platforms (Celigo preferred) and high-volume integration patterns
• Experience in DTC/subscription commerce or omnichannel consumer businesses
• Integration Management: EDI connections between NetSuite and third-party systems
• Fluent in AI-augmented development using LLMs, agents, and MCP tooling

Responsibilities

• Consult with business units to gather requirements and translate into ERP solutions
• Own architecture, administration, and development of NetSuite across multiple sales channels
• Design and maintain SuiteScript solutions and automation
• Own end-to-end integration layer, monitoring and error recovery
• Establish and enforce systems governance: deployment standards, sandbox, and API governance
• Build AI-augmented workflows and automate reconciliation, billing, and reporting
• Partner with Controller on close automation and revenue data integrity
• Design user-friendly interfaces and self-serve capabilities for non-technical teams
• Provide training and documentation for durable systems knowledge
• Manage systems projects end-to-end: scoping, timelines, partners, budgets
• Serve as escalation point for system incidents and durable fixes
