Job summary

Super.com is seeking a Senior NetSuite Administrator to own our NetSuite ERP end-to-end. You will manage architecture, configuration, integrations, security, and performance within the accounting team, setting governance and ensuring an audit-ready close.

You will lead NetSuite roadmap, collaborate with Internal Controls, and drive optimization across finance workflows, including automation with AI agents. Remote-first, world‑wide flexibility offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and configuring NetSuite ERP across multiple finance modules.
• NetSuite Administrator Certification or equivalent
• Proven SuiteScript development experience to automate processes
• Deep expertise in month-end close and consolidation workflows
• Experience establishing change management and data governance controls
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with AI and LLM-driven automation in finance contexts

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of NetSuite across GL, AR, Advanced Revenue, P2P, and Consolidations.
• Develop and maintain SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, custom records and dashboards.
• Manage security, roles, and change management with Internal Controls.
• Own integrations between NetSuite and Ramp, Floqast, Workiva, Claude Co-work.
• Monitor performance and drive roadmap with optimization opportunities.
• Identify automation opportunities and deploy AI agents in finance workflows.
• Provide technical support in a fast-paced environment
