Platform Science, a remote-first SaaS company, seeks a mid-level NetSuite Administrator to own our ERP and ensure GAAP alignment. You will optimize NetSuite architecture, develop automation with SuiteScript, and oversee critical integrations with Salesforce.

Lead security and data governance, manage user lifecycles, and translate business needs into scalable NetSuite features while supporting rapid growth across the org.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on NetSuite Administrator experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite data structures, core APIs, and scalable design.”
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP and core finance processes (AP, AR, GL).
• Analytical problem-solving with a track record of automated, systemic fixes.
• Excellent English communication, with cross‑functional collaboration experience.
• Versatile in handling end-user support and leading technical development projects.

Responsibilities

• System Architecture: configure, customize, and optimize NetSuite with forms, fields, reports, and dashboards.
• Automation and Development: build SuiteScript solutions and SuiteFlow workflows to streamline processes.
• Financial Integrity: ensure US GAAP compliance across AP, AR, and GL.
• Integrations: manage NetSuite integrations with Salesforce using SuiteTalk, REST, and Webhooks.
• Security: govern user access, roles, and permissions with scalable onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Data Governance: enforce data hygiene, integrity, and compliance in imports/exports.
• Business translation: translate business needs into scalable NetSuite features and work with Sales, Finance, and Product.
