Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Senior NetSuite Developer and Admin to lead design, development, customization, integration and administration of NetSuite ERP. You will partner with Finance and stakeholders to optimize processes, improve performance, and support strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines deep NetSuite expertise with business process knowledge and hands-on ERP management across enterprise environments. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IS/CS or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration and development.
• Proven ownership of NetSuite ecosystem as primary tech resource.
• Expertise with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBuilder.
• Experience integrating NetSuite with Salesforce and other systems.
• Strong accounting knowledge and SDLC/process governance.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite development, customization, and maintenance.
• Manage admin roles, security, and governance for NetSuite.
• Coordinate upgrades, sandboxes, deployments, and testing.
• Build custom records, forms, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports.
• Support integrations with Salesforce, payments, SSO, banking platforms.
• Drive process optimization and automation for finance operations.
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
• Lead ERP-related projects and manage external vendors.
