Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks a Senior Accountant with hands-on NetSuite implementation experience to join our team. This role emphasizes collaboration across accounting, finance, and operational teams and requires a strong accounting foundation with expertise in NetSuite and ERP systems.

You will drive NetSuite configuration, data migrations, and system improvements while supporting month-end close and financial reporting.

Qualifications

Hands-on NetSuite implementation experience required.
Strong accounting background with an understanding of the general ledger and month-end close.
Experience with ERP implementations, system conversions, data migration, or process improvements.
Strong Excel and analytical skills.
Ability to partner across accounting, finance, and operational teams.

Responsibilities

Support and participate in NetSuite implementation, configuration, and system improvements
Assist with data migration, testing, validation, and implementation-related accounting activities
Ensure accounting processes and financial data are accurately transitioned into NetSuite
Support month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting
Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows and processes within NetSuite
