Qualifications
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- Expertise in C# and .NET for Windows platform.
- Experience with Windows PE and Endpoint Manager is required.
- Strong architecture and design skills.
Responsibilities
- Designing, building, testing, and maintaining production software using C# and .NET with a focus on reliability, security, and performance.
- Contributing to technical design and architecture decisions, defining interfaces and patterns, and documenting decisions.
- End-to-end delivery from refinement and estimation through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-release learning.
- Diagnosing and resolving complex defects across application code, services, and Windows environments.
- Mentoring other engineers and raising team effectiveness through reviews and pairing on difficult problems.
