Job summary

MSA Professional Services is seeking a Senior Endpoint Automation Engineer to modernize how technology is delivered and managed across the organization. You will design, automate, secure, and manage our endpoint ecosystem across on-premises and cloud environments, including Microsoft 365 and Azure.

You’ll develop automation workflows, provisioning, patching, and zero/low-touch onboarding, while partnering with Security and Data Governance to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Science or Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years in IT; 5+ years in endpoint engineering or related roles.
• Expert knowledge of endpoint management platforms and scripting for automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, automate, secure, and manage endpoint ecosystem across on-premises and cloud.
• Develop and maintain endpoint automation strategy and standards.
• Collaborate with Security, Data Governance, and IT teams to implement governance and security best practices.
• Lead modernization projects and provide training and documentation.
